Navigate Advisors was built on a simple belief: organizations don't struggle because of a lack of ideas — they struggle because of how work actually gets carried out day to day.

Jennifer Boyden is the founder of Navigate Advisor and an operating partner to leaders navigating growth, complexity, and change.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Jennifer brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. She's known for stepping into complex situations, quickly understanding what's happening beneath the surface, and helping leaders and teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
Jennifer's style is direct, relational, and grounded in integrity — she builds trust quickly, creates the conditions for honest conversation and turns decisions into accountability -without overcomplicating the work.
