Navigate Advisors was built on a simple belief: organizations don’t struggle because of a lack of ideas—they struggle because of how work actually gets carried out day to day.

We help leaders and teams strengthen how their organizations actually operate —developing leaders, aligning teams, and creating the structure and capacity needed to grow. Our work is hands-on, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. We don’t just offer guidance—we work alongside you to help move things forward.

Most of the leaders we work with are navigating a moment of growth or transition. What once worked no longer scales. The CEO is carrying too much. Teams are working hard but not always aligned. Supervisors need support to lead effectively. Things feel reactive instead of intentional.

Jennifer Boyden is the founder of Navigate Advisors and a trusted partner to leaders navigating growth, complexity, and change.

With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Jennifer brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and real-world execution. She is known for her ability to step into complex situations, quickly understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and help leaders and teams move forward with clarity and confidence. Her experience spans startups to established organizations, guiding teams through growth, transition, and moments of uncertainty.

Her work includes leadership development, team facilitation, peer group leadership, and operational support—including stepping in as a thought partner or “co-CEO” to help build structure and expand a company’s capacity. She has a particular strength in developing supervisors and emerging leaders, helping them lead effectively without constant escalation.

Jennifer’s style is direct, relational, and grounded in integrity. She creates environments where people can think clearly, have honest conversations, and address challenges early—bringing structure, accountability, and momentum without overcomplicating the work.

She is deeply committed to helping leaders grow into their roles, teams work more effectively together, and organizations operate in a way that is sustainable—not dependent on any one person.

Dr. Weisman, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in Virginia, known for their compassionate and inclusive approach. With a background in evidence-based practices and a passion for holistic care, Dr. Weisman specializes in supporting individuals and teams through transitions.
