OUR CLIENTS

We partner with leaders and organizations at the point of growth or transition who are ready to strengthen how they lead and operate. Our clients are typically small to mid-sized businesses and human service organizations navigating growth, change, or increasing complexity. Many are at the point where what once worked no longer scale–teams rely too heavily on the CEO, supervisors need stronger leadership skills, or alignment has become harder to maintain. They value practical support, honest conversations, and real progress, and are looking for a partner who can step in, work alongside them, and help move the business forward with clarity and confidence.

ABOUT US

Navigate Advisors was built on a simple belief: organizations don't struggle because of a lack of idea--they struggle because of how work actually gets carried out day to day.

We partner with leaders and teams to strengthen the human and operational side of business--developing leaders, creating structure, and helping organizations move from reactive to intentional. Our work is grounded in real-world experience and designed to be practical, not theoretical.

At the center of everything we do is the understanding that growth changes they way a business needs to operate. What worked early on–informal communication, founder-led decisions, and "figuring it out as you go"–eventually creates strains. Leaders become overloaded, teams become misaligned, and progress slows.

We step in during those moments to help build what's needed next: clearer leadership, stronger teams, and systems that support the business as it grows.

Our approach is hands-on and relational. We work alongside you to think through challenges, make decisions, and put structure in place that lasts.

The goal isn't just improvement–it's creating an organization that can operate with clarity, confidence, and less dependence on any one person.

"Jennifer Boyden has served as Interim Executive Director of the Virginia Down Syndrome Association since March 2024. Jennifer came to us following the departure of our permanent ED. She immediately made a positive impact on our organization, helping to provide leadership to our staff and a touchpoint for our community partners. Her extensive nonprofit experience and made the transition quite seamless. What I’ve been most impressed with is Jennifer’s focus on professionalism – she’s a steadying presence even when faced with challenges."

Billy Hamm, VDSA Board Chair
